Delivery Terms and Return Policy
The Deliveries
- Belua has been in this business over 16 years. You can either pay through 2Checkout (Credit Cards and PayPal payments) or directly to Belua's account (faster). The items you chose will come to your nearest Post Office as normal letter/package. We are a Finnish company, but items leave from Portugal. We deliver to European countries at cost 6,9 euros. Reference: Your own name and the order number. - Delivery time is 2-7 days, normally in 3 days.
- If you are not content with the items you have ordered you can send them back to us in 14 days of receiving them.
- Please send them as economic letter/package, not rapid one.
- The items must be unused and in original package.
- All the price and other labels must be attached.
- Please, fill the letter that came with the products. Bank account number and the reason for returning. We shall pay the price for the returned items and delivery costs in 7 days after receiving the returned items.
